

Grilled Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredients
1 pack Wild Caught Organic Black
Tiger Shrimp Whole
1⁄2 tbsp pepper
1⁄2 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1⁄2 stick butter
5 cloves garlic, crushed
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
1⁄2 tsp chili flakes
Cooking Tip
This recipe may be used with any of these other Wild Caught products:
Peeled Organic Black Tiger Shrimp, Whole Squid, Alaskan Scallops,
Any Fish Fillet: Red Snapper, Sole, Redtail Fusilier, Tanigue
Directions
- Combine the pepper, salt and olive oil. Add the shrimps and coat evenly with the mixture. Set aside.
- Melt the butter in a large pot and add the garlic, lemon juice and chili flakes. Allow to cook for a minute until fragrant. Taste and adjust seasoning accordingly. The sauce needs to be a little lemony and well seasoned as the prawns will mellow the taste.
- Heat the pan or stovetop grill until very hot. Add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn orange in color.
- After cooking all the prawns, add them to the sauce and toss to coat evenly. Enjoy!
