Grilled Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredients

1 pack Wild Caught Organic Black
Tiger Shrimp Whole
1⁄2 tbsp pepper
1⁄2 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1⁄2 stick butter
5 cloves garlic, crushed
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
1⁄2 tsp chili flakes

Cooking Tip

This recipe may be used with any of these other Wild Caught products:
Peeled Organic Black Tiger Shrimp, Whole Squid, Alaskan Scallops,
Any Fish Fillet: Red Snapper, Sole, Redtail Fusilier, Tanigue

Directions

  1. Combine the pepper, salt and olive oil. Add the shrimps and coat evenly with the mixture. Set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large pot and add the garlic, lemon juice and chili flakes. Allow to cook for a minute until fragrant. Taste and adjust seasoning accordingly. The sauce needs to be a little lemony and well seasoned as the prawns will mellow the taste.
  3. Heat the pan or stovetop grill until very hot. Add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn orange in color.
  4. After cooking all the prawns, add them to the sauce and toss to coat evenly. Enjoy!
