Branzino is popularly used in Italian cuisine, usually roasted and served with lemon. Light and flaky with a mildly sweet flavor, this fish is also known as the Mediterranean Sea Bass.

Because Branzino is on the smaller side and doesn’t have large bones, it’s a great fish to simply cook by grilling or steaming. Stuff with lemons and fresh herbs, bake and enjoy a gourmet dish right at home. Perfect dish for two!
